IMO China is already in the best position to 'win' the AI race because it has invested heavily in (a) an incredible electric grid many, many times larger than any America will ever be capable of competing with; and (b) engineering as a major career focus from the highest level ruling committee to daily workers.

While all Americans should be worried about the issues raised by Sanders, we also need to be worried about a world where America lost the AI race to China.
